Terms and Conditions

Mr Presenter will:

Provide services as set out on the day(s) referred to, and when services are provided at the Purchaserís premises, comply with Health and Safety regulations of which notice in writing has been given not less than 7 days before the delivery day(s).

The Purchaser will:

Where the service is provided at the Purchasers premises, provide a suitable and safe environment for Mr Presenter itís servants, agents or otherwise;

Where equipment is provided by the Purchaser for the use of Mr Presenter, that such equipment is safe and complies in all respects with legal requirements; Pay the fee in the sum and manner relating to the course/service type.


Substitute delegates will be accepted.

No variation of this agreement shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by or on behalf of each of the parties.

Mr Presenter reserves the right to change the venue and coach/trainer at any time and without prior notice.

Session cancellation by the Purchaser must be made in writing and will be subject to a £35 + VAT administration fee, but no refunds or transfers can be made for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

Where money payable under this agreement is 14 days overdue it will carry interest at the rate of 8% per annum and Mr Presenter shall be entitled to all costs and expenses incurred in connection with itís recovery. Where relevant, payments due to Mr Presenter and unpaid by the Purchaser for more than 14 days shall entitle Mr Presenter to cancel this agreement without having any further responsibility under it.

If, through no fault of itís own Mr Presenter is unable to provide the services referred to in the Schedule it shall be liable only to refund fees paid by the Purchaser (if any).

Mr Presenter has copyright to all written Course material supplied in connection with the training and the Purchaser by its servants, agents or otherwise shall not by any means reproduce it without the written consent of Mr Presenter.

Online Purchasing

After leaving the checkout and transferring to PayPal tThe purchaser acknowledges that they must return to the website for their online order to be processed. On the occasion where the purchaser fails to do this, the website is not notified that the order transaction has been completed.
